Contractor Qualification Done Right

If your construction business needs a contractor license qualifier to operate legally in the Southeast United States, I can help. As a licensed general contractor, I am available to qualify your company and serve as the licensed qualifier.

I will work with your firm as a W-2 employee, supervising construction work and acting as the licensed general contractor on all projects. This is not a license rental arrangement — this is a legitimate, compliant business partnership.

What I'm Looking For

  • Long-term partnerships only — I am not interested in qualifying businesses for quick, one-off jobs or short-term arrangements
  • Full compliance with all state laws — No shortcuts will be made. Our relationship must operate within the legal framework of each state
  • Companies serious about growth — Partners who want to build a legitimate, sustainable construction business

Important: I will not serve as a Financially Responsible Officer (FRO). My role is specifically as the qualifier and licensed supervisor for construction work.

This arrangement requires mutual commitment. I require a minimum weekly salary plus a small percentage of revenue to ensure our partnership is viable for both parties. This structure ensures I remain actively invested in the business's success and ongoing compliance.

What This Arrangement Requires

W-2 Employment

I must be hired as a W-2 employee of your company. This ensures proper legal structure and compliance with state licensing requirements.

Minimum Weekly Salary

A guaranteed minimum weekly salary is required to maintain our professional relationship and my ongoing commitment to your company.

Revenue Percentage

A small percentage of company revenue ensures I remain invested in your success and the quality of work performed under my license.

Long-Term Commitment

This is not a quick-fix solution. I'm seeking partners who want to build lasting, legitimate construction businesses together.

Full Compliance

No shortcuts. All work must comply with state laws, licensing requirements, and industry regulations without exception.

Active Supervision

I will actively supervise construction work and act as the licensed general contractor, not just a name on paper.
