I will work with your company as a W-2 employee, supervising your construction work and acting as the licensed general contractor on your projects. This is not a license rental arrangement — this is a legitimate, compliant business partnership.

Important: I will not serve as a Financially Responsible Officer (FRO) for your company. My role is specifically as your contractor qualifier and licensed supervisor for construction work.
This arrangement requires mutual commitment. I require a minimum weekly salary plus a small percentage of revenue to ensure our partnership is viable for both parties. This structure ensures I remain actively invested in your company's success and compliance.
